The building is a traditional farmhouse newly restored, which gives the opportunity to lodge in comfortable, self-contained apartments. From here it is possible to go and visit the local precious art treasures, to have excursions and enjoy the mountain landscape of the Sibyllines or the sunny beaches of the Marches.
Every apartment is self-contained and provides a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/dining room with a sofa bed and a TV set. From the functional kitchens to the bedrooms with hand-woven linen beds, all furnishings have been chosen so scrupulously as to make the spaces comfortable and practical and to meet the guests’ requirements. The property has large private areas with organic farming. The biodesign swimming pool with its bio-purified water and its walls made of marble pebbles has a natural look and is an ideal place to relax.

Within a short drive, in Tolentino, visitors can enjoy spa and avail themselves of tennis courts and gyms. In summer, by reaching the Adriatic coast, guests can enjoy the blue beach. In the Sibylline mountains they can go on excursions in summer and go skiing in winter. In the vicinity there are other villages full of history, traditions and art masterpieces.
